Today Beaufort Care Group has 8 residential homes across Bournemouth and Dorset caring for young people aged 8-18 years old with complex emotional and behavioural needs. All the homes are in quiet residential areas.

For eight years, I helped eIntegrity and Health Education England take NHS e-learning to an international market, with profits reinvested back into UK health services.

When I started, the programmes were licensed in only a few countries; today they’re used in over 100. I built the website, ran targeted email campaigns, and created content that resonated with healthcare partners worldwide. My articles were featured by the NHS and the Royal College of Anaesthetists, boosting eIntegrity’s profile far beyond the UK.

I also launched their social media presence, laying the groundwork for long-term engagement with healthcare professionals around the globe.
