I worked with the marketing team at Tomorrow’s Guides, the company behind carehome.co.uk, to help them get more from LinkedIn.
The team already had a good foundation and were actively using the platform, but they wanted to feel more confident about their approach. In particular, they were looking for practical guidance on creating engaging content and making better use of formats such as video.
I delivered a half-day training session covering both content creation and LinkedIn best practice, tailored to the team’s experience and goals.
By the end of the session, the team had a clearer understanding of what works on LinkedIn, a stronger content plan, and plenty of practical ideas they could put into action straight away.
Dr Jo Hacking is a medical doctor who is now providing coaching and medical retreats for other healthcare professionals. She came to me as a complete novice on LinkedIn. Jo’s goals were to increase her visibility and connect with doctors who want to explore coaching to build greater resilience and balance in their lives.
Following a LinkedIn audit and strategy, we worked together over a month, with two focused training sessions and practical exercises in between to build confidence and momentum.
Jo now feels far more confident using LinkedIn, with a clear plan to create content, grow her visibility, and showcase her expertise. Rather than posting reactively, she’s using the platform strategically to build credibility, reach new audiences, and create opportunities for future client conversations.

The session gave us the space to work through each area in a focused way, tailoring the advice to David’s specific goals.
By the end of the hour, David left with a clearer sense of what to focus on and greater confidence in using LinkedIn to support his career.
