The brief

Palmer & Partners, a leading independent estate agency in Suffolk and Essex, felt that their email marketing wasn’t resonating strongly enough with prospective property vendors. In particular, they wanted to refresh the email sequence sent to vendors after a property valuation – a key touchpoint in their marketing.

Managing Director John Palmer wanted a closer focus on what sets Palmer & Partners apart from other agencies. The existing content wasn’t capturing what made them special.

What we did

I worked with John and his team to develop a new email marketing sequence that:

  • brings Palmer & Partners’ impressive results to life with concrete figures
  • has a more conversational and informal tone
  • focuses on what matters most to vendors (moving finer details to the website)
  • makes it clear how prospective vendors can take the next step and get in touch.

Palmer & Partners’ new email marketing clearly conveys the agency’s unique strengths and demonstrates how they help clients achieve their property goals. It presents all the key marketing messages without overwhelming readers with unnecessary details.
