Make ISO standards more accessible
Jennifer Hirst, owner of Quality Excellence, needed a website that would speak directly to clients seeking ISO certification. As an experienced ISO consultant and healthcare specialist, Jennifer was looking for a copywriter who not only understood her field but could make complex information accessible and engaging.
