The project
I wrote a series of blog posts and a targeted email marketing campaign for Circles, which helps firms improve employee wellbeing and work-life balance through hospitality-style services.
The posts, which were focused on employee wellbeing, productivity, and mental health, were aimed at the tech, law, and financial services markets. Working from a detailed brief, I translated insights into tailored content that resonated with each audience.
Each piece was crafted to strike the right balance between informative and relatable, helping readers see the value of proactive wellbeing support while positioning Circles’ workplace concierge services as a practical solution.
The results
The email marketing delivered a higher open rate than Circles’ previous campaigns (up from 13.23% to 16.42%) and click-through rate (up from 0 to 9.09%). These results were particularly impressive, as the recipients were a mix of cold and warm audiences (i.e., those with no prior knowledge of Circles and those who had interacted with the brand).
