The project
Fine & Country is one of the UK’s leading prime property agencies.
As their dedicated copywriter for the Lincolnshire and Grantham office, I write many sales particulars for properties ranging from country estates to elegant townhouses in Lincoln.
Each description begins with an interview. By talking directly with the vendors, I build a detailed picture of the property, its history and the wider area before I write a single word. The copy reflects what makes each home genuinely distinctive rather than simply listing its rooms and features.
