SEO training

The project

Natalie Richmond is a highly experienced PR professional who’s recently launched her own freelance business. Natalie wanted to expand her SEO knowledge to improve her own website ranking and help with client projects.

Having heard about my ‘SEO for beginners’ course, Natalie asked me for help.

What I delivered

I delivered a 90-minute training session over Zoom – taking Natalie through the latest SEO tactics. We delved into all the main topics, including keywords, meta data, backlinks, the user experience, on-page content optimisation and technical SEO.

I used best practice examples to illustrate key points and suggested SEO tactics that Natalie could put into practice immediately to improve her website visibility (search engine ranking).

The SEO training session had a very practical focus, with quizzes and tasks to embed learning and understanding. Natalie took away many practical ideas that she could apply straightaway to her own website and her client work.

After the training session, Natalie said: “From the get-go, Karen was friendly, approachable and informative – she really helped put me at ease.

Karen was great in helping me get to grips with the basics of SEO, sharing her knowledge and anecdotes in easily digestible portions. I definitely learnt a lot and I’m already planning my next training session with her.”
