The challenge
As the dedicated copywriter for Fine & Country (Lincolnshire and Grantham), I write sales particulars for some of the UK’s most beautiful homes.
Each project involves interviewing the property vendors to build a detailed understanding of their property and the wider area. I use these insights to write property descriptions that reflect each home’s quality and character. From sprawling country estates to elegant townhouses in Lincoln, my job is to convey what makes each property special.
The particulars appear on Fine & Country’s website and in brochures, giving buyers a taste of what’s on offer. With thoughtful storytelling and detail, my goal is to paint a picture in words of what it’s like to live in each incredible home.
